During your initial consultation, the most important process is to map your past.
We do this by understanding your barriers to movement and health.
This includes;
1. Illness
2. Pain - chronic and acute
3. Injury
4. Limitations or difficulties undertaking daily chores and tasks
5. Lifestyle and work history
Patients are advised to allow 1hr and come prepared to undertake clinical exercise assessments.
Face to face is preferable for this reason as we are able to gauge your starting levels, however, those that opt for telehealth, simple at home assessments will be done.

Review appointments are generally 30- 60mins and are subject to treatment plans. This is discussed with you during the initial consultation.

In person appointments are preferable.
However, if there if are difficulties in attending the clinic we are still able to help. We can meet you over a Zoom, Facetime connection or phone call.
Same day appointments maybe available with patients encouraged to call and check appointment times.
